I see one well done repair on the sleeve and again with the volume of fabric there this is mainly seen when lying flat and being inspected

It closes at the neck with fabric covered buttons

Waist: 15-16"† flat across from side to side

Ties extend from both sides of the waist and one set wraps and has velcro to hold it in place and the other ties into place
