1920s Blue Peacock Sequin Flapper Dress designer-thea-porter The dress is a classicAn amazing Art Deco 1920s gown that is completely covered in beads & sequins on netting. Glossy jet black sequins are mixed with brilliant royal blue glass tube beads. The beading forms a peacock feather design that runs across the bodice and around the back. The design then circles the entire bottom half of the skirt. Puffed netting sleeves add a delicate, feminine touch and each has a strip of glossy black sequins running down the outer edge. It is
