this sash is set in a large half bow and then the ends trails almost to the floor in two wide panels

beads and baubles are clustered tightly together to form a gorgeous panel of bead work that extends all the way around and behind the neck and down the front

The skirt is tacked into place to hold it at the front and this could be released or placed higher if you wanted it to open higher
