This would have been a ready to wear diffusion line and I am guessing it was during the 1980s. It is still very well made and has the wonderful lines of Blass. The inner dress is a little, lined, well made sheath of black crepe. Onto this is a panel of the same crepe that is attached all down one side. this drapes across an up to the opposite shoulder where it is caught up by a pretty swatch
