Does this fabulous little dress just absolutely define the sixties and the whole mini dress movement

It is so out of what she normally does that I had to have it despite it having a couple of teeny flaws (see below)

It has a good weight to it but is not in the least heavy or cumbersome to wear

Hips: to 20î flat across from side seam to side seam of the lining

The gown is suspended by a mere 3 and a half inch band of black silk velvet
