This dress is form fitted through the bust to the upper waist, then slightly flows out and over the hips. The key features of the design are a overlapping cowl hood, cap sleeves, front pocket and two side slits. Both the front and back have gorgeous asymmetric insets that are very much like a fabric collage. The style lines of this piece
