It is so unusual and I feel like it is just begging to go on a tropical vacation. It is a really unusual construction with what is basically two large squares of fabric stitched together and then tied around the neck. Much like a scarf dress you sometimes see but rather then a light silk it is a light washable jersey. I have styled it with it tied at the back but you could also wear it over a bandeau and
