Inadequate plumbing, decaying sheetrock and floor systems, lead paint, widespread mold, and infestations of insects and rats are just some of the examples of need. The inspections of current living situations done by Habitat to qualify applicants for a Habitat home are at times heartbreaking. One must go in knowing that only a few families can be helped out of these substandard living
